What is microneedling?

Micro-needling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation method that uses ultra-thin needles to stimulate controlled healing and collagen production. The procedure is chemical-free, involves minimal downtime, and can be used to correct a wide variety of cosmetic issues.

At Inspira Dermatology, we are equipped with various microneedling devices that cater to particular needs such as treatment for acne, scars, non-surgical eye bag reduction, non-surgical double chin treatment, skin tightening, pore size reduction, and improvements in skin texture and skin tone.

These devices are effective enough to dramatically improve the appearance of the skin, while still being gentle enough for safe use on all skin types. Over time, this healing response translates into more evenly toned, tight, youthful-looking skin. Full recovery from each session usually takes 3-4 days. While some areas can be corrected in as little as one treatment, areas that are larger or have more severe damage may require several sessions before improvements become apparent.
